Adds the ability to create custom user Role and manage capabilities for them. Adds the ability to restrict access to category by user role. Adds the ability to select category from a dropdown in Media Library. Filter media files by selecting a category from the dropdown in both grid and list views. Attach or detach multiple media files to a selected category under Bulk Actions dropdown in list view.
