Install this plugin and create a contact form widget in minutes with this easy-to-use plugin. Drag and drop a “Greatest Contact Form” widget into a side bar. Then click on the widget and a popup appears with which you can drag and drop the fields into the widget and then edit the text of the fields inline. The fields available in the current version of the plugin are: * Email address (with validation) * Text Box * Text Area * Checkbox * Password Greatest Contact Form also has shortcodes that can be used on posts/pages.
