The KNR Author List Widget plugin, by Nitin Reddy Katkam, enables the administrator to set the logo, link and title for the WordPress login page. This plugin is compatible with WordPress 2.8.x and higher. You still can use the plugin on older versions of WordPress by simply replacing the default logo file in the plugin’s directory.
