Post-new buttons/menu using classic editor for Gutenberg

This plugin does 2 things only when ‘Gutenberg’ is active. Adding ‘Classic Editor’ option under ‘Add New’ button in post.php screen. Adding ‘Add new (classic)’ link to admin menu. Arbitrary section I wish that this plugin would be merged to Gutenberg itself.
