This plugin is no longer under development and this feature has been moved to Easy Options for WooCommerce plugin You can now easily enable or disable the display of empty product categories in WooCommerce. You may need to change Shop Page Display to include Categories and/or change Default Category Display to include Subcategories. You can find these settings on WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display page.
