Use this plugin to turn on WP_DEBUG on sites where there is no access to the wp-config.php file or when the site owner is not comfortable editing the file or with using FTP in general. We support this plugin exclusively through Github. Therefore, if you have any questions, need help and/or want to make a feature request, please open an issue over at Github.
